Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Non-customized orders can be canceled within 1 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, customized orders cannot be canceled.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Order Cancellation by Ovaro
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

The product is out of stock or discontinued.

Payment was not received or failed.

Incorrect billing/shipping details provided.

Suspected fraudulent transactions.
In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
Some products may be marked as non-cancellable (e.g., custom-made, clearance, or hygiene-related items). These cannot be canceled once ordered.
