Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, please email us at care@ovaro.in or call 9004063137 with your order details.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


2. Order Cancellation by Ovaro

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Payment was not received or failed.

  • Incorrect billing/shipping details provided.

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded.


3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For prepaid orders canceled after shipment, refund requests will be handled as per our Refund & Return Policy.


4. Non-Cancellable Items

Some products may be marked as non-cancellable (e.g., custom-made, clearance, or hygiene-related items). These cannot be canceled once ordered.
