1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.


2. How long does delivery take?

Orders from Tier 1 & 2 Cities are usually delivered within 2-4 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. 


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS or WhatsApp. You can also check the Order Tracking page on our website.


4. Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Sometimes we run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other trusted payment gateways.


6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once the order is placed, we cannot change the address or modify the order, but in some cases, if customer requested to change before order fullfilled we might able to change it. Contact our Whatsapp Support Team Immediately after placing the order.


7. What is your return/refund policy?

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. For Customized Items NO RETURN and REFUND Provided. For more details, check our Refund & Return Policy page.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available.


9. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at care@ovaro.in with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will help you with a replacement or refund.
