Return & Refund Policy
At OVARO, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- Products with manufacturing defects or functional issues are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- To process a return, the product must be sent back to us in its original condition.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that:
- Show signs of use or tampering
- Have damaged or missing packaging
- Are not in their original condition
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable, except in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects.
Refund Process
- Refunds or vouchers will be issued to the original purchaser.
- For prepaid orders (credit/debit card), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after approval.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with a ₹199 advance payment, this amount is non-refundable once the order is placed, as it covers processing and customization costs.
Order Cancellations (Customer-Initiated)
- Orders are non-cancellable once placed, as we begin processing them immediately.
- If OVARO is unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
- If you choose to cancel after placing the order:
- The amount paid will be converted into a store credit/voucher, valid for 12 months from the order date.
- The ₹199 partial COD advance (if applicable) remains non-refundable.
Once an order is delivered in good condition, it cannot be cancelled.
Delivery
- Orders can be delivered to your address, directly to the recipient, or to any alternate address specified at checkout.
- Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number are accurate. OVARO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details or inaccessible premises.
- While we work with trusted delivery partners and aim to meet committed timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to external factors.
